DTVMovements are planning an away day to Manchester Airport on Saturday 24th June. We did a similar trip several years ago with two car loads of us spending a day on the mound, the T2 MSCP and at The Tatton Arms. Enough has now changed at Manchester to make a visit interesting enough, including Singapore Airlines introducing A350s (two at once on a Wednesday), Saudia introducing B787-9s, Hainan Airlines have recently started an A330 service and Cathay Pacific are due to transfer to the A350 in June, though admittedly I'm not sure if all of these operate on Saturdays.

Fuel surcharges and pit stops at other airports / airfields will be at the drivers discretion. Depending on levels of interest we may need drivers to come forward. Further details will be established closer to the time but it will be an early morning departure, arriving back in the north east early evening.
