Hi, this company was started by my father Derek Heaslewood, Geoff Heaslewood & Syd Finnegan originally at Gatwick Airport in the Beehive building around 1971/2, they moved up to Teesside around 73/4 doing general aircraft maintenance, my father was also technical director of African Safari Airways & did the maintenance for their Britannias. My father bought 5Y-ALT with two partners for £120.000, & converted it into a freighter at Teesside, (I had the pleasure of being one of the loadmasters).
