Teesside International Airport currently has
one resident flying school:- AeroSchool.
Air Taxi and Private Charter
Currently nil, although IAS Medical do a bit of
charter work on the side (see Emergency Aviation).

Emergency Aviation
Teesside International Airport
currently has no emergency air ambulance or NPAS helicopters
based on site, but do have a fixed-wing air ambulance
specialising in patient repatriation/organ transfer; IAS
Medical. G-CEGP and G-JAAM are owned by third parties
but operate for IAS.

Willis Asset Management, a subsidiary of
Willis Lease Finance Corporation, are currently based in Hangar
1A/2.

Miscellaneous
Anything that doesn't fall into
any of the other categories. The PA-34 is still registered to
the previous owner but is believed to have been repossessed by
Teesside International Airport. The ATR-42 fuselage is an airport
training aid.

Private Owners
The various private and
recreational aircraft previously based in Hangar 3 West.
Serco International Fire Training Centre
Serco have their world-renowned
Internatonal Fire Training Centre (IFTC) based on site, one of
the only if not *the* only fire training schools allowed to
carry out "black burns", i.e. smoke-producing flames using real
aviation fuels such as Kerosene.
Special Mission
Teesside International Airport currently has
two special mission operators, the first is the well known
Draken Europe (formerly Cobham Aviation Services) operating any five of the below
Dassault Falcon 20 jets plus the L-159E fast jets on military training contracts. The
second is a former Cobham subsidiary now owned by another
multinational defence contractor; Thales Flight Inspection
calibrate runways and other airport systems.
