Spotting Spots - updated Aug 24 - big thanks to Colin Keightley for producing it.
South side
Since the attached pdf was last updated, a new road to the new southside businee park has been opened, come out of the airport to the A67 roundabout and turn right follow the road past the end of the runway until you come to a new roundabout. Turn right at the roundabout the airfield is now visible on your right hand side, you can head down this road to the end where there is a gate. All aircraft outside can be seen from here (but not neccessarily easy to read off but the website will be up to date of what is parked where (use the residents page for those based here). Park up sensibly alongside the road and photo's can be taken easily of aircraft landing.
Terminal
You will need to park up in the short stay carpark adjacent to the terminal Free parking for up to 2 hours when you spend minimum of £5 in the terminal. Receipt must be shown for validation at the info desk before leaving the terminal. Within the terminal the skybar is currently not open to the public.
Be careful when driving around the hangar area, strictly no parking with £100 fines.
